Path Bites Anthology
500+ short (two-minute), high-yield, fun pathology essays.
$19.50
Sometimes you only have a couple minutes.
There really are only 24 hours in a day.
You can promise yourself you’ll read 10 pages of Robbins a night, but then there’s an exam, and another one, and pretty soon you’re way behind.
I started Path Bites to share a little high-yield path pearl every day – not a huge deal, really – everyone has 2 minutes somewhere during the day. A little bit every day, and before you know it, you’ve reviewed all of Renal path!
Wait, 500+ essays?
Yes – but each one only takes a minute or two to read. And you can use the table of contents to find the system and disease you want to read about. Or just flip through randomly, whatever suits you best.
It’s a great review before an end-of-block test, or during boards study time when you just can’t look at another board review book or your eyes will fall out. You may even find yourself smiling, as you read about the parallels between a macrophage and “the Dude” (played by Jeff Bridges in The Big Lebowski).
What Students Are Saying about Path Bites
Path Bites have gotten me many, many questions on tests this past year (espeially during Heme/Onc), so thank you for all the hard work you’ve put into helping other people understand pathology.
I really enjoy reading my Path Bites every day – my roommate and I usually talk about the daily Path Bite and laugh about the timeliness of many of them, because they very often coincide with material we’re covering in class at that time. Weird! How do you do that? When you do pathology training, do they also train you in magic and the dark arts?
I’ve been following Path Bites for about a year or so now. Just wanted to say keep up the good work. I decided to write this because you actually made me laugh about Listeria! Anyone who can pull that off deserves some recognition!
“Better than Kaplan.”
“I am really thankful to you for Path Bites. Drop by drop fills the pot.”
“I love Path Bites. So helpful. It’s great to learn something worthwhile every day.”
