today I receive a woman (age : 43 ) when I collect
her blood I notice that it coagulates rapidly, her blood smear
shows red cells agglutination , she has a positive AIDS , does this infection causes AIHA ?

Yes – you can definitely see AIHA in AIDS. Sometimes (rarely) it is the presenting symptom. More commonly, it is an incidental finding. Usually, the hemolysis is not marked. Thanks for sharing!
